How Can severe Headache After An Injury Be Treated?

Hi, I hit head on a tile floor yesterday morning when I passed out and hit my head. I saw a primary care physician and my vitals were all okay. My head still hurts and I am feeling some pressure in my head, especially if I lean over. I am very tired and get easily tired after walking around or doing things. I am a bit slower than usual but not horribly slower. My parents are pushing me to go to the ER (I am 21, away at school) and I do not know what to do. I am exhausted but feel that my pain and ability to do things do not show a reason to go

Hi,

It looks normal but in case you feel any sort of vomiting and sleepiness you need to visit an ER because it can be dangerous.

At least get CT head done to rule out any sort of brain injury. You maintain your body fluids and keep check to your power like working of legs and arms or any vitals too.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
